Completed in 2014, Westside Professional Center is a 30,000 square feet, energy efficient, multi-tenant office building located just off Interstate 80 in a high visibility office park close to numerous amenities and abundant parking.
Green Valley West is a two-story, 32,000 square foot professional office building purchased fully-vacant in 2018, which has since been refurbished by Wiseman Commercial, Inc and is now occupied by a strong mix of medical, retail and professional tenants, including Edward Jones, Investments, Keller Williams, Green Valley Oral Surgery, Allworth Financial, and Movement Mortgage.
