Audrey Rodriguez is The Wiseman Commercial Director of Properties. With over 10 years of experience, she directs and manages the Property Management team and is dedicated to making sure the job is done right. She believes that building positive relationships with clients and colleagues is critical to establishing trust and a positive working environment.
During her tenure with the Wiseman Commercial she has received rigorous on the job training as well as formal education toward her RPA (Real Property Administrator) designation. She consistently strives to advance her training and further her knowledge in property management and commercial real estate.
Audrey is responsible for the day to day functions of the buildings she serves. She works closely with vendors to make sure projects and improvements are completed in a timely manner. Her primary goal is to meet the needs of all our tenants.
