Adam Goodrich

In 2002, Adam joined Wiseman as a technician. As one of the longest serving full-time team members at Wiseman, Adam provides expertise and institutional knowledge to the organization. Adam has held roles including: Technician, Superintendent and Project Manager at Wiseman’s Construction Division prior to his current role.  Adam oversees Wiseman’s construction projects from design to completion, while focusing on customer service and accurate scoping to match client needs.

Adam holds his California general contractor’s license, and has focused his entire career on the commercial real estate development and construction industry, which experience serves him well in his role as Director of Development and Construction.  Adam directs new building development and construction by working diligently with a team of architects, engineers, general contractors and sub-contractors to design to construct the finest Class A office buildings, tenant improvement projects, multifamily apartment buildings, and in Napa, Solano and Yolo counties.

Outside his work with Wiseman, Adam is a dedicated father and husband to a family of six. He brings the passion and experience of leading mission teams to Haiti to connect with the local communities in a variety of ways, including constructing homes for foster families there.
