Green Valley Executive Center Acquires Multinational Corporation Tenant Hoping to Revolutionize Energy Management
FAIRFIELD, CA- MARCH 7, 2022. Wiseman Commercial announce Larsen & Toubro Limited, Inc. (L&T), an internationally renowned construction, manufacturing, and engineering company, as a Tenant at Green Valley Executive Center, located at 5030 Business Center Drive, Fairfield, CA. With their new Class A USA headquarters in Fairfield, the company’s North Bay presence enjoys expansive views of nearby hills and walking trails, and offers in close proximity restaurants and retail amenities. L&T hopes to use this strategic location to expand its power and energy management services for municipalities and other non-traditional markets to ensure energy security for the people of North America.
In 1938, L&T was founded by two Danish engineers in Mumbai, India, functioning as a representative of Danish dairy equipment manufacturers. L&T quickly expanded to eventually become the Indian multinational conglomerate it is today, and offers unparalleled capabilities through the company’s technology, engineering, construction, and manufacturing lines of business.
L&T is also known for it’s sustainability efforts. L&T’s sustainability in action encompasses three classes of sustainability, including the environment, people, and community. L&T’s most recent efforts can be seen in its Education Project at Pathardi. As the company’s website states, “L&T’s CSR team started the education project in October 2018 at Karanji cluster, Pathardi Tehsil, Ahmednagar District in Maharashtra State… We found it imperative to focus on and build the academic and overall capabilities of children from an early stage of secondary school to help them avail higher education and make themselves employable and fight the vicious cycle of poverty.” The project has seen a 100% passing rate of the SSC exam and many of the children can be found continuing to further their education.
