1300 Main Street Mixed Use Development Attracts Celebrity Chef Hal Yamashita and Adds International Flair to Downtown
Fairfield, CA, February 28, 2018– The Wiseman Company introduces its third Class A building in downtown Napa.
“This is our third Class A building in downtown Napa, and we’ve constantly been approached and told that it is the most beautiful building in downtown Napa. We agree and feel lucky to have been part of downtown Napa’s commercial real estate landscape. Those who took part in its creation are really proud of their accomplishments.” — Doyle Wiseman, CEO, The Wiseman Company
Over 100 people gathered with Council Member Scott Sedgley to officially cut the ribbon for the newest commercial real estate building in downtown Napa, located at 1300 Main Street. The 3-story 21,000 square foot mixed-use building located at 1300 Main Street is a contribution to downtown Napa’s pedestrian friendly atmosphere. This 21st century, Class A office building meets the diverse needs of cutting-edge professionals, retailers and restaurateurs. Yet it harmonizes perfectly with its historical surroundings. With retail and restaurants on the first floor and other professionals on the second and third, 1300 Main will become the “one-stop” destination in downtown Napa. The quality construction, excellent location and nearby parking make 1300 Main an exceptional opportunity for your professional or retail business. Surrounding 1300 Main are a variety of shops and pedestrian attractions, restaurants and the riverfront promenade. Without a doubt, 1300 Main will be the best address for work and play in the City of Napa. Beyond the obvious investment in the building’s exterior appearance, the building features a State-of-the-Art Energy Management System, a controlled after-hours keyless access, extremely high quality building materials, and other safety features.
“Besides the entire project team at The Wiseman Company, we wish to thank the amazing design team at TWM Architects and Planners, and the professionals at Descor Builders, who are still literally putting the cornerstone pieces up on the building. This has been a great team effort.”
— Brian Wills, COO, The Wiseman Company
The building has been popular to new businesses hoping to relocate to the area. In fact, the first floor has already been leased to world renowned celebrity chef Hal Yamashita, who will make his US debut with his tenth restaurant worldwide. Chef Hal has appeared on multiple national television appearances in his native Japan, and is friends with Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto, who has a restaurant down the street in Napa. Others are located in Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Dubai. Other tenants include Cornerstone Cellars within the first floor’s retail space and a large medical organization occupying office space on an upper floor.
