Scott Miyashiro

Scott Miyashiro serves as a Project Engineer at Wiseman Commercial, supporting commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion. His work includes project coordination, budgeting, subcontractor management, procurement, scheduling, document control, and owner communication.

Scott brings a diverse professional background spanning construction, business operations, business development, contract administration, and legal analysis. Before joining Wiseman Commercial, he held leadership roles in the water and wastewater industry, where he developed teams, expanded business operations, and trained professionals in the United States and Mexico. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Saint Mary’s College of California and a Juris Doctor from John F. Kennedy University, and is a certified mediator and a licensed contractor in multiple U.S. states — a combination that strengthens his ability to evaluate contracts, identify risk, and negotiate workable solutions.

Outside of his work at Wiseman Commercial, Scott serves as Executive Director of the Bay Area Taiko Center and leads Solano Taiko, initiatives dedicated to expanding access to Japanese drumming, cultural education, and community connection.
