FAIRFIELD, CA Wiseman Commercial is pleased to announce that TrustedSite, an established Technology Services company, is choosing to re-locate their headquarters from San Francisco to Wiseman Commercial’s Class A Office Building, Westside Professional Center, located at 2480 Hilborn Road in Fairfield, CA.
Zen Hunter-Ishikawa, Chief Business Development Officer for Wiseman Commercial and Jeff Guido, Director of Finance & Sales Operations TrustedSite, collaborated on securing the location and lease agreement for the IT services company. TrustedSite was attracted to the central location, Class A management and amenity-rich environment provided by Westside Professional Center. TrustedSite will bring over 40 jobs to Solano County and will occupy 10% of the building, which is already home to a diversity of professional and medical tenants.
