Wendy Chavez

Wendy Chavez was raised in the Los Angela’s area. She and her family moved to Napa in 2014 where she started working at a 5 star hotel. Her dedication and attention to detail along with her excellent customer service got Wendy recognized and earned her a promotion to a supervisory position with increasing responsibilities.

Wendy joined The Wiseman Company in November, 2020 as Assistant Property Manager. Her principal responsibilities include managing relationships with tenants, responding to service requests, arranging building maintenance and repairs, conducting routine building inspections, etc. In her spare time, Wendy loves spending quality time with her family, creating new recipes to share and snuggling with her two pups.
