Ramil Gargalicana

Ramil joined the Wiseman Company in the spring of 2021 as a Construction Manager and oversees tenant improvement projects. Ramil has a strong background in architectural planning and construction management. Ramil has expertise in design review, estimating, and procurement.

Prior to joining the Wiseman Company, Ramil was Project Manager for a general contracting company in the Bay Area. He has held construction manager positions in real estate development companies located in Doha and Qatar, as well as in a construction company in Dubai. Earlier in his career, he started as a Project Architect in an Architectural Design firm in the Philippines. Ramil has a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from the Technological Institute of the Philippines, as well as an Associate degree in Construction Management from Diablo Valley College in Pleasant Hill, CA.
