Patti joined The Wiseman Company in January 2004 as a part-time Receptionist and quickly moved up through the ranks from Executive Assistant for Mr. Wiseman to her current position as Director of Administration, or as she introduces herself to people, “The Office Mom”.

Before starting with The Wiseman Company, Patti worked for 25 years as a Retail Manager for a small group of family-owned infant/children’s stores in the Bay Area. It was during this period that Patti honed her customer service skills and adopted the “customer is always right” attitude that she still brings with her to work every day.

As the Director of Administration, Patti manages the daily operations and flow of the office, directly assists the CEO, CFO and COO with daily and ongoing projects, coordinates meetings and calendars, assists the CFO with investor relations, arranges Wiseman Team meetings and outings, manages the Director of First Impressions and basically works to make herself available to all Wiseman Team members so that the office runs smoothly.
