Mr. Marc C. Yu is the Commercial Broker Associate at Wiseman Commercial, Inc. with the primary focus on 3rd party commercial brokerage sales and leasing for Northern California.
Previously, Mr. Yu was the Area Branch Manager for loanDepot, LLC and managed a branch of Realtors for Engel & Volker’s in San Francisco.
Mr. Marc Yu holds a Ph.D. in Microbiology from Brown University with an undergraduate B.S. in Chemical & Material Science Engineering and a minor in Mathematics from Pennsylvania State University. While attending college, Marc originated residential home mortgages since 1991 and sold real estate since 2005. Mr. Yu recently retired as a Cell Culture and Fermentation Scientist from Polaris Pharmaceuticals in 2018. Marc extensive experience in sales extended to both Residential and Commercial Real Estate which includes mortgages. He has personally coached over 500 agents, and some became Realtor magazine’s 30 under 30 prestige. As a broker he owned several independent brokerages and a Realty World franchise.
Mr. Marc Yu is currently the 2023 Vice President for the Chinese Real Estate Association of America that was founded in 1977 and acts as an advisor for the Asian Real Estate Association of America. Mr. Yu was the co-founder of the Filipino American Real Estate Professional Association (FAREPA) and co-founded YPN (Young Professional Network of Realtors) for Santa Clara County Association of Realtors (SCCAOR), California Association of Realtors (CAR), and National Association of Realtors (NAR). Marc continues to be in the top 1% of mortgage loan originators in the nation and continues as a mentor and real estate coach for agents throughout the State of California, Florida, and Pennsylvania.
At home, Mr. Yu is a husband and father to 5 beautiful children. When he’s not working, he focuses on spending time with his family.
