JOB DESCRIPTION

The highly self-motivated Commercial Real Estate Sales Associate (CRESA) participates in prospecting, marketing listings and closing commercial real estate transactions. This position reports directly to the Chief Business Development Officer. The CRESA is part of the Business Development team consisting of experienced commercial real estate professionals dedicated to new tenants and the retention of current tenants. The primary location for this position is in the Company’s headquarters office in Fairfield, CA, but there is flexibility to work in a manner that is consistent to closing transactions provided that they can attend all required in-person meetings to lead to a high volume of new listings and closed transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and lead generation through in-person meetings, phone calls, digital media, broker open events, and other successful activities
  • Set meetings with prospective clients
  • Attend meetings/listing presentation appointments
  • Conduct property tours and create video tours, as required
  • Collaborate with Business Development Team to prepare digital and hard copy materials for market listings
  • Draft and present offers to clients and customers
  • Communicate effectively with other brokers and customers
  • Manage transactions and prioritize business opportunities
  • Take complete ownership of the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and relationship management after closing
  • Work independently to hit established department and personal business generation and revenue growth goals

  • Software Proficiency: CRM software (Yardi Deal Manager preferred), Microsoft Office Suite, Constant Contact, LoopNet, CoStar, and Adobe Acrobat

Qualifications:

  • Real Estate License (Required)
  • Driver’s License (Required)
  • Sales experience (2 years required)
  • Commercial real estate sales (2 Years preferred)
