Chris has developed a strong array of skills in commercial real estate since 2003 re-positioning, adding value to investments through asset management, strategic acquisitions and dispositions. Chris began his career as a successful office investment broker in San Francisco. In 2009 as the Director of Asset Management for a 30 year-old private real estate firm, PMI Properties, Chris spearheaded a turnaround from 2009 to 2014 of a growth in profits. According to the San Francisco Business Times, “Smashing records for Creative Office Building Sales in San Francisco.” Chris most recently held the title of Regional Manager for the nation’s largest publicly traded real estate investment firm, Marcus & Millichap. The firm completed over $38 billion dollars in investment sales in 2015. Chris oversaw regional investment sale transactions in multifamily, office, land, net leased single tenant retail, multi-tenant retail, hospitality, senior housing and affordable housing as well as the activities of Marcus & Millichap capital corporation financing division. Chris holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Northeastern University in Accounting and Finance, certificates from Harvard Universities on campus leadership and management programs as well as a California broker’s license.
